This notice covers the business partner and stereo-data vendor enquiry forms on pixelstwo.com.

What we collect

We collect your name, phone number, business domain, a short description of your business, the size of your team, your city, and your preferred callback day and time. You can also provide an email address. We record your agreement, the measurement setting and submission reference. Technical information helps us protect the form against abuse.

For stereo-data vendor enquiries, we collect your name, business or organisation name, email address, country or region, stereo camera details, and the amount and description of your recorded data. You can provide a phone number and a sample or dataset link. We record your confirmation about capture equipment and permission to share or discuss licensing the recordings. Small samples are welcome; submitting a link does not transfer rights to your data.

How we use it

Pixelstwo uses these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential partnership and arrange a call. A preferred callback time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Submitting this form does not create a partnership or commit you to participate.

We use vendor enquiry details and sample links to review the data you offer and contact you about a possible sale or licence. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a purchase or payment.

Ad measurement

Ad measurement is enabled by default on the application page. We use PostHog and Meta to understand visits and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. When you submit an enquiry, your agreement includes contact and ad measurement, and we send hashed contact matching data through PostHog to Meta. Measurement can include your IP address, browser information, campaign identifiers and available Meta browser or click identifiers.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored using Cloudflare. Access is limited to the team and service providers needed to operate the form, respond to enquiries and carry out measurement. We retain enquiry details while reviewing and following up on your interest in a partnership.

Authorised team members may also receive your enquiry details and sample link through our WhatsApp lead notifications.
